Tyne Travel app for iPhone and iPad

Tyne Travel will tailor travel news and traffic updates from around the North East to your frequently used routes and journeys.

You can setup any number of WatchSpots on the road network, which can be powered by a specific GPS location or via number of keywords to help determine if the update if relevant to you. If it is, then the update will be extracted and presented to you with further details and a traffic enabled map for a more detailed overview.

Updates are provided even when the app is not running in the foreground in which case you will be presented with a notification to alert you to possible issues before you find out the hard way; sitting in a traffic jam.
